"The Brew" originated from my need for calmness and peace during times of uncertainty marked by depression, stress, and anxiety. I delved into natural remedies inspired by my family's heritage. My childhood, shaped by my grandmother’s fight against breast cancer through diet and natural remedies, provided invaluable lessons. 

In her honor, I created "The Brew" to share the healing wisdom I've acquired.
